This really didnt come out the way I wanted it to. The shop shut down and caused the .psp format to malfunction due to the crappy memory on my computer.
Four hours gone to waste. I had to start from a flat PNG image that I saved for a scrap version. I lost the opportunity to do a proper steamy blur and to do correct erasing for a good balance of waterdrops. ...

XD It sort of reminds me of Prince. lololololol!
